UNW01: Unwind module, 800 mm capacity with fixed 76 mm unwind shaft, active brake system. End of roll signal for machine controlled slow down and stop. Electronic web guide, ultrasonic sensor, adjustable splice table and integrated web clamps.
Includes electrical control system for complete line (up to 4 modules)

PART NO, DIE CUT OPTIONS
DIE01:    Die cut module, 10-24 inch repeat, full rotary servo register system. Support roller, anvil and support roller. Std servo driven matrix rewinder
DIE04:    Semi-rotary upgrade for die module (One shuttle per section) speed up to 90 m/min, incl. 25″ cylinder speed depending on type of job.
DIE05:    Compensation program for flexible dies, semi-rotary die cutting.
DIE06:    Automatic die loading / release system for flexible dies, (release system – works only with first cutting line 10 mm from the die plate edge)
DIE08:    Contact matrix waste rewind (snowball type) inc SLT14 (backscore unit with 2 knives).

SLT02:   Grafotronic Automatic knife positioning system inc. 5 shear knife sets. (Min slit width 18 mm)
SLT03:   1 pc. Aditional shear knife set automatic knife positioning system.
SLT04:   Razor blade slitting station incl. 5 blades. Incl. hanger for knife shaft.
SLT06:   6 pc. Aditional razor blade holder and blade.

REW01:  Servo driven rewind module, single rewind 600 mm dia (incl. nip drive unit) Inc. 1 x 76 mm Q- Shaft.
REW04:  Semi auto turret upgrade. Servo driven 420 rewind, 2 x 76 mm Q- Shafts
Labels out 420 mm, labels in 250 mm maximum. Possible to run up to 600 mm dia on single mandrel operation. (Both label in/out)
REW05:  AUTOCUT Automatic cutting of web for semi-automatic turret module. (Labels out mode only)
